We had a very comfortable stay for remaining 2 nights of our stay.
The location was brilliant and stunning, a couple of blocks away from Wells Cathedral. The room was exceptionally nice with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set.

Easy to get to, marvellous and brilliant location so close to cathedral and town centre, town center and cathedral and shops. A short walk to St Cuthbert's parish Church and other tourist attractions. Spotlessly clean rooms with very comfortable bed!

The location of the hotel was very central, not far from horizontal bars, and the cathedral. Also, it was 5 minutes walk to Wells Film Centre Movie Theater. The breakfast was vegan and there was variety of lovely food.

The unit we got was huge with great bathroom, comfortable bed and sofa. The location was brilliant in alleyway, minutes away from Cheddar Gorge. All of the staff was amazingly nice and amiable.
There was fruit missing.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the major attractions. the size and layout of the room were great, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable bed.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and had a cobbled-together feel. It was a letdown considering the basic room lacked any sense of luxury.
